this 2010....
Saturday, January 9, 2010 || 1:59 PM || [0] comments || Give Some Love?

its been a long time since i post a new blog entry and its because of some reason. dont worry guys, its valid.since this is my first post for the year 2010, i gonna post the top 10 new years resolution. so...read this post and leave some love...ayt...?

Perhaps the most common. Losing weight is another variation of this, but that usually involves dieting, as well. It's retribution for all of those holiday feasts (and midnight snacks).

Quit smoking
Sometimes a resolution means changing a life. Quitting smoking is a way to make long-term health choices by starting fresh with the new year. However, for many this resolution resurfaces year after year.

Quit drinking
Only do this if there is a true need to quit. If not, the current economic trends may make it a necessary habit.

Wake up early
Carpe diem. The early bird gets the worm. He/She who rises first ... the list goes on. It's one of the best ways to stay competitive in this economy -- start early.

Go to church
Whether for family, friends or yourself, this resolution is a good way to improve quality of life for not just you but also others. Or maybe you just need to atone for all of the holiday indulgences.

Does not necessarily involve losing weight. Some do it to gain muscle or improve cardiovascular health. Still, it's funny how soon into the year we forget our resolutions.

Enjoy Life More
Given the hectic, stressful lifestyles of millions of Americans, it is no wonder that "enjoying life more" has become a popular resolution in recent years. It's an important step to a happier and healthier you! Consider one of Pittsburgh's holistic healing centers for products designed to bring balance to your body, mind and soul. Or just get out and try something new! Take up a new hobby or try your hand at skiing. Go to a theater performance, or head to the local spa. Pittsburgh offers a wealth of artistic and recreational activities to meet just about anyone's wishes.

Spend More Time with Family and Friends
Make plans to meet up with friends for an evening of comaraderie at a favorite Pittsburgh restaurant or take the family to one of these popular Pittsburgh places for family fun. Work shouldn't always come first!

Establish a regular time with God.
Too many of us struggle with a regular quiet time; a time to hear from God’s Word, a time to reflect and share our hearts with Him. This would be a great time to reactivate family devotions too. IT has been said the family altar will alter the family!

Help Others
A popular, non-selfish New Year's resolution, volunteerism can take many forms. Whether you choose to spend time helping out at your church, mentoring a child, or building a house, there are many nonprofit volunteer organizations that could really use your help.
